Koshish Organic Waste Composter (KOWC) are designed to make composting easy and convenient. Its fully automatic and has very compact and aesthetic design.

Koshish OWC are equipped with intuitive technology which maintains the right temperature, air flow and moisture. A special bacterium which is heat, salt and acid resistant is used. Once the bacteria are introducing in machine they reproduce at a rapid pace under ideal internal condition.

When organic waste is filled in converter, increase in moisture level is detected by sensor which subsequently starts the heating system. As the temperature increases it activates the bacteria which break down organic waste into fertile compost. At the same time moisture in waste is converter into water vapour which is vented through blower into drain. This is not just results into nearly 85% volume reduction in compost formed but also converts organic (food) waste into 80-85% mature compost within 24 hours. The constant temperature and air flow prevents odour and pest problem.

Ø  The operating temperature of 50-55 degrees plus ensures that all pathogens are killed thus making it safe for human handling. The fully packed design and high temperature ensures that it does not attract rodents, insects or flies. The bacterial culture is provided along with the machine during commissioning and need not be put in again in its lifetime. Hence no recurring costs of bacteria, dry leaves or labour

Ø  No major investments required for rodent proof infrastructure etc. A simple shed to cover the machine and its electrical points from rain is enough.

Ø  Aesthetically, it is elegant design ensures that the so called garbage processor will never be an eyesore, but on the contrary, pleasing to the eye. It goes with and does not spoil the décor of the surroundings.

Ø  Even if the machine is down, it would not emit any foul odour as long as fresh food waste is not added, since the waste that was put in the day before is already 90% composted.
